The live workshop is free. There is nothing to refund, and registering does not commit you to buy anything.

Program purchases are final and are not refundable, except where this policy, the offer page at the time you purchased, or applicable law says otherwise.

The Leave No Agent Behind Guarantee

Where an offer includes the Leave No Agent Behind guarantee, it is a service guarantee, not a money-back guarantee. If you follow the system, complete the program work and do not book at least one appointment from social media, our team will meet with you on Zoom and rebuild your strategy with you, and may extend coaching access, until you do. To use it, email us with your name, the email you purchased with, and a short summary of what you posted.

Payment Plans And Chargebacks

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Please contact us before filing a chargeback; we resolve billing issues directly and quickly. A chargeback filed without contacting us may result in loss of access.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or other consumer protection law that applies to you.
